TOOL 01
The crew's shared calendar, month grid or list. Every gig gets its own screen: the day-of run from load-in to load-out, attendance, the setlist, the files, the discussion, and the net once expenses are in. Availability polls turn into a date in one click, and the iCal feed keeps your own calendar in sync.
TOOL 02
A run of dates becomes a tour. The road book chains the stops together: travel time from one venue to the next, departure time worked out from the meeting point, accommodation and whatever is still missing flagged date by date. Plus the crew's attendance across the whole run and the running net, gig by gig. Shareable as a public link.
TOOL 03
Who paid for what, who owes how much. Expenses and payouts by category, split evenly or however you like. Loadlr works out the balances and suggests the transfers that clear everything in the fewest moves. Plus the common pool, monthly totals, and each date's result: expected, spent, what's left.
TOOL 04
Drop an audio file: Loadlr finds the beats, the BPM and the time signature, locks the downbeat, then picks out the intro, the verses, the choruses and the bridge, snapped to the bars instead of guessed by ear. Waveform and playable loops included. Plus lyrics, band notes, your private notes, the setlists.
TOOL 05
Run releases like a label. Give the date, Loadlr walks the whole cascade backwards, places the announcement, the pre-save and the spaced singles, warns you when the plan won't hold, and leaves every date editable. Each milestone has actions to tick off, the release has a budget. Reminders at D-3 and D-1.
TOOL 06
The band's drive. Takes uploaded between two passes, pedal settings, contracts, riders. Sorted into folders or attached to a date, and a track's audio links to its own page. Your default tech rider attaches itself to new gigs. 2 GB per band, 50 MB per file.
